� payment deduct from my account but booking receipt not generated�

 

Kindly follow these steps to get solution

 

login to you account from MY ACCOUNT option (Download your receipt from booking list option)

 

 

� payment Refund Process �

1:- after login click on process / refund

 

 

Enter transaction id ( provided by INSTAMOJO ) and booking id ( you will get from anandbhawan.org)

2:- after receiving your request we will verify details and start refund process.

NOTE** email id and mobile no should be same as given at the time of booking
